There aren't many sitcoms I get into anymore, they just aren't what they used to be. I loved Last Man Standing (Tim Allen's new show), but I think it is already cancelled. I do watch Big Band and HIMYM, but overall I stick with Reality TV now. I know it is so dumb, but I cannot help but love it!

I haven't seen a good sitcom in years.  I watch reruns of of Seinfield every evening before I go to bed

My favorite is The Big Bang Theory. I also like Mike and Molly and Two Broke girls. I know TBG is way over the top with the sexual refferences but I still think it's great.

I love a good sitcom. Very rarely are there well written ones and if so, they're usually cancelled on me.

As far as the new sitcoms go I have to say the Big Bang. But if I want to date myself(which I have no problem doing) I'll say the Addams family, Full House, Cosby Show and some of the other greats.

I never seem to get sick of Two and a Half Men.  It is a raunchy show, but the writing is great.  With Charlie Sheen, the reruns are worth watching over and over.

Me too.  I love Seinfield, MASH, BBT, Modern Family, DUCK DYNASTY

This tread got my mind working on this topic, I remember WKRP as a 'sleeper'. Never saw during its run, but discovered it a few years later as a late night local rerun... that has to be one of the best, cleanest sitcoms of all time. Might try to find it on disc now that I think of it...

Remarkable that 'Seinfeld' has yet to be mentioned! Or maybe it has and I missed it, anyway, that program was 'everything' during its long run only challenged by 'Cheers'...

I was thinking the same thing. My husband used to dislike Seinfeld when it was on but now thinks it is funny.

I cannot stand Seinfeld. I am not sure why, but it is so hard for me to even get through an episode once, much less watch reruns or multiple episodes in a row. I have tried again and again to get into it, but just can't! I usually love dry humor and little one liners, not sure what makes this show so unwatchable.

A sitcom has to have truly funny writing and out-of-the-box situations in order for me to enjoy it.
