hair color
« on: June 03, 2013, 05:59:36 am »
it seems that, whether a lady is in her 30's or in her 70's, she isn't "happy" with her natural hair color.
In the last few weeks, first, I saw a lady with blonde hair dye her hair black.
Then, I saw a lady with brown hair dye her hair blonde.
Are you happy with your natural hair color?
I know I am. I will go along with the natural changes that age brings.
(I am in my 50's)

I have black hair and I'm happy with it.  I'm also at the age when more gray is showing up.  My friend talked me into getting something like a rinse (not hair coloring).  The color of the rinse matched the actual color of my hair and temporarily covered up the gray.  I didn't notice the difference but other people did.  So I'm thinking about whether I should start coloring my hair.  But once I start, I feel like I won't be able to stop--or else all my gray hair will show up!

I do color my hair because I am not ready to have gray hair.....I will be 56 soon.

My younger brothers are very gray and were gray by their 40s.

I admit I color my hair.  I have no desire to be gray (that is my choice), if you choose gray, that's fine my one friend is almost completely gray.  My hair is naturally very dark brown, and over the years, I will admit, it has changed colors.  I have been blond, red, and different shades of brown.

growing up my hair color was  a light brown,,  then it started turning darker brown.  my mom and dads hair turned completely white by the time they were in their 60's.  So by the time I was in my late 40's  my hair was starting to turn white.  Not that ugly grey,,,  white.  So I just let it go to the natural white.  I'm in my 50's now and I will never color it.    I have seen so many people change their hair color from this to that and I just dont see the sense in it and I think its bad for your hair to do it all the time.

Most of the time, I'm ok with my hair color. It's light brown with lots of grey shot through it.

Every once in awhile, though, especially if I've been sick, I will buy some light brown hair color and cover the grey a little.

My hair color is naturally blonde but as I get older my hair color changes at the roots so I get hair dye and color my hair.

I have, on certain occasions, colored my hair to cover my gray.  Whenever I do that my mom is disappointed because she's always loved my default color.  Now, I'm two-toned.  I have sections of gray that are actually white.  I decided that my gray hair looks healthy enough to flow with whatever is happening naturally.

Have a great day!

Well, i have black hair and i'm 42. I have gray covering up the roots of my hair and i'm not ok
with it. Letting the gray uncover tells different story of my face and if i color it, its also tells different
story. It might better to color it until i feel like to have gray hair but not this time. My heart feels different
than what gray hair shows.... i started notice gray hair  when i was 39. My situation back then if now still
same. Wonder why i'm having gray fast. Feeling stress, depress, loney, angry everything combined causing
gray hair appearing fast even falling off hair too... :sad1: :sad1: :sad1:

I am 28yrs old and I like my dark brown hair but sometimes I just get bored so I switch it up to different colors like light brown, black, or different hair highlights.
