Just took this survey.Turned out to be for TV shows,but after doing the whole 25 minute bit,I never got credit.

It never fails,whenever I bellyache about a survey not crediting,it eventually credits.

Good for you!  So glad you got your credit.  I never got credited on 2 surveys earlier this month and when I turned in a Support ticket I was advised was probably because they didn't feel I gave enough attention to the survey.  I did take my time and answered truthfully but oh well!

I also did this survey yesterday and I wasn't credited at all.  I was a little frustrated too because it was the first survey I was actually able to complete haha. Before I sent out a support ticket I saw that they credited me but they sent it to my e-mail that I have for FC. But then I looked on my account and they still didn't credit me.  It wasn't till today where they were able to credit me.  So my advice is check out your e-mail first to see if they send you a confirmation of completion of the survey. Try giving it a day or two before you send your support ticket to see if you will get credited by them.

Glad to hear it worked out for ya. I know how frustrating it can be when something goes wrong with a survey that long.
