You do surveys, offers, daily paid to click, daily email, forum posting, paid tasks, and you can also earn from referring others. You earn money that can be cashed out once you hit $25 in your account.

Yep, it's a cash out of money.  You can either have it direct deposited to paypal, your bank account, or a debit card such as rush card.

Everyone here is correct but they left out you have to have $25 to cash out you have 180days before your earnings start expiring.  If you do the daily video's, paid to click. email login, and you will get to that point of  cashing out cash out on the last day of the month and get your check by the 20th of the next month.  Post 30 times in the forums and you will receive $3 the first time you wont see this credit for up to 65 days and some times earlier.
