Help RadioLoyalty Capcha problem

I am experiencing some difficulty reading the codes for RadioLoyalty. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem. I can even record all of the codes it is so blurry. Please help fix this!

I don't even get the captcha codes any more. I get the videos that you type in the words in the video. Make sure your browser and all your plug-ins are up-to-date. I was having some problems and the updates fixed the issues.

Thanks, First it was codes, then they just had videos and now it's like back to codes. But the codes are now like blurry passwords. Very difficult to read

I don't get the codes anymore,just the ad videos.I like the videos better.They're much easier to read.

  I too get the videos (first)... But you do know that you can click next to them; till you get the Capcha... Just keep on clicking till you can read one...OR... keep on clicking till they give you a question to answer and use the drop-down box... This may take alittle time but hope it helps.

Mine were like that..

If you look to the right of the box... you will see a red swirl

Click on that.. it will change the words.

Do it till you can see and type the correct ones.

Remember there is a space between words.

*I do not get those anymore (thank goodness!!! they are so frustrating)
      and now just get a phrase to type.

ohhhh... knock on wood... I probably just jinxed myself.

Thanks for the tip. I will continue to work on it. Hopefully It will get better soon. I really love the old capcha deal. It was a bit easier for me. The only letters I had to worry about are the "L's" and the "one's". In fact you don't even had to worry about caps lock.

I am not liking the new captchas, sometimes is so blurry and scrambles I have to go thru many just to find one I can kinda read! I much prefer the old method and I hope we could give it back!
