You don't want them to find the bodies? That's awfully mean of you.

if nothing this shows once again what is probable one the greatest things about this country, is soon as this happen people from all over the country jumped in to help, sending money, supplies.  i wish it did not take things like this to bring us together.

I agree with you, it's sad it takes something like this to bring us together.  But it does go to show we are a caring nation who, no matter our differences, come together in time of need.

91 seems to high thats not what I heard either, more like what was said, 24. It could have been worse.

Always a pleasure to read your posts! But yeah, terrible tragedy. Crazy videos of the storm on youtube as well.

I grew up in tornado valley (or as we used to call it "tornado alley") and as a child I was petrified every Spring with all the tornado warnings and running to the basement and hearing those glaring sirens almost every evening.  Although I was never actually in a tornado all those years, thank God, I knew people who did survive one.  Never knew anyone who died in one.  I find it very sad that after all this time, those schools in Kansas and Oklahoma were actually built with no type of shelter or basement or anything to keep those kids safe.  In that part of the country it is a given that every year there are going to be deadly tornadoes striking somewhere in that region.  That is just inexcusable.  It those kids had been at home, they probably would have at least had a chance to go into their basements and survive.
