Absolutely!! In my early 20's I was in a bad  accident. Had I not been wearing a seat belt I would have been severely injured. Fortunately I escaped with only minor injuries.

I also insist that every one in my car wear one.

I always wear my seat belt. Not so much because Im a worry wart but because Ive always driven cars that alert the driver & passenger to wear their seat belt. It beeps until they do so. So then when im in another car its almost automatic for me to wear it because of that. You really never know if you will get hit hard in an accident. Its soo easy for a body to fly out of the car. And id rather have broken ribs from my seat belt than be dead from a major accident

always have my seatbelt on when im in the front seat
only have it on sometimes when im sitting in the back

Yes I always wear my seatbelt and make sure others in the car have it on also. I do not want a ticket!

I just got in the habit of always wearing my seatbelt.  Too much bad data as a result of not wearing one.  Also had accident many years ago before they were required, which could have been helpful.  Better Safe Than Sorry!

I always wear mine. I used to not but once you receive 2 seatbelt tickets you start to wear it. I usually put mine on after I start rolling out of my parking spot.

ALWAYS!  I've been rear-ended while my car was parked in a space with engine off and while getting food passed to me at a drive up fast food window!

It's the first thing I do when getting into a car.  I always have, but I especially do now considering a couple of the wrecks I've been in.  Seatbelts saved my life on multiple occasions!
