Yes paypal is safe.I've been using it for a few years to get money from multiple sites. You do need a verified paypal account in order to receive payment from Fusion cash so you would need to link your bank account information or receive approval for a PayPal Plus credit card.

As elisajoy said, there is no $5.00 cashout bonus......unless you have active referrals under you. Your sponsor will get $5.00 every time you cash out and in turn, you can get $5.00 every time one of your active referrals cashes out...for life!! If you get some referrals under you that will stay active, you can make some decent money.
