If I'm not dealing with a lot of stress or my back isn't hurting then I can get a decent nights sleep. Try some lavender bath wash or soap. I've been using it a lot lately and find it is helping me tremendously in sleeping.

Last week and this week is pretty rough.... I got finals last week and I did not sleep that much due to studying and stress... This week I have to deal with the registration process of the four year university.. But after that I should sleep well

I sleep very well every night. A good night sleep is vital to your overall well-being. After a very busy day, I am ready to sleep at least six hours. Do not forget the quality of your sleeping area. Make it as comfortable as possible. Fresh air,
proper room temperature, noise avoidance, good linens and pajamas and a good bed are among the most important essentials.

I'm sure everyone has suffered through at least 1 or 2 nights where they don't get a good night's sleep but, when that happens I usually try some camomile tea.  It seems to help.

I very rarely ever get more than a few hours I've learned to adjust to lack of sleep over years as sleep aids do not help me

As crazy as it sounds, when i am away on business, I sleep much better. I am sure it has to do with the fact that I don't have a dog, 2 kids or a snoring spouse bothering me! ;D

I rarely do.  Nine out of ten I'm always up late.  I have to wake up early every morning.  And the sleep I do get, is restless.

Generally I get a good night sleep, it just depends on if I wake up on my own or if someone wakes me up.  If I wake up myself, I will generally feel awake and alert though if someone wakes me up, I'll be kinda groggy until I get some food.

I have a sleep disorder so I sleep when I can get some sleep, I am either up early or I get up in the middle of the night. It really all depends on the day of the week it is.....

I get my best sleep when I stick to a sleep schedule. That has gotten screwed up over the past few weeks since we moved but I'm starting to get on one again.

I do most nights unless I drink too much caffeine or eat too much sugar. I go to bed around 9:30-10 and get up around 6.

I have a three year old and a baby on the way. So there is something that happens every night that causes me to lose some sleep.
