I am a massage student and yesterday we were talking about how
massage is very effective to some people.
Do anyone have any comment about massage? Help...

I work in a fast food/restaraunt place and wash dishes for hours. Even though I'm young the bending over and standing on your feet all day kills my back. In my experience, I don't know why, massages really help relieve the pain.

Google is your friend. You can find me there. Can I find you there?

I used to go to an exercise class.  The instructor would give us a massage to help us relax.  I know this:  it felt good and put me to sleep.  I believe that massage is beneficial to the person being given it.

I have never had a massage, but have always wanted one.  I think it would be so relaxing and would get all the kinks out of my body.

I do think massages are worth it.  I have only had one.  My daughter gave me a gift card for my birthday one year.  It was wonderful!!  Wish I could afford to get one every week.

I can't afford it by any means, but I definitely think massage is worth it.  I had 3 massages a week several years ago, after I was in a bad car accident and it was extremely helpful to me, I have a lot of issues that would currently be helped by massage but like I said, can't afford it.

Yes! Massage works! Hot tubs with water jets, massage beds and chairs also work wonders in the human body.
