My knees hurt me right now.  That's because I have been sitting down in one spot for hours.  My sister has problems with her knees.  I am not sure what to take, but I know, once I get up and move around, I feel better. :o :o :o

I take Aleve. And it sort of helps.  I work in the garden a lot and some days I feel like a need a hoist to get me off my knees.  But what's a girl to do?  I'm not going to give up gardening, but I'm sure I'll have to cut back as I get older.

I love walking, but my knee bother me, so I walk very slow. Just about all of my activities are done slowly to avoid pain.

Have you tried a chiropractor?  I think they would try exercises to strengthen the muscles surrounding the knee....just wondering.
