Email not authorized, please help

This happened to me twice since I joined FC and I had only been on here for almost two months. This is the message I got Action Required: Your email address ........... is not receiving our messages, please verify your email address.. I changed my email already last month because of this and as a result I no longer receive my daily emails now. Please help so I can figure why is it saying my email address is invalid, my email is fine I just do not know why it is not accepted.

Are you using a yahoo or hotmail email address?  These sites will screen emails that they consider potential harmful or spam so that you never see them.  (Doesn't mean the emails are harmful or spam, just that their screening deems them to be so.)

I use gmail and have not had a problem getting the emails from anyone (including potential harmful ones ie phishing emails).  My suggestion is that you set up a gmail account and use that for FC.

I am using gmail and switched to another gmail but yet it still happened. So now support cannot even send me a mail because it says I need to verify it thats why I am contacting them through here.

I use Yahoo since I joined and never ever had a problem yet getting my Emails in my inbox at Yahoo, I really don't understand why this is happening to you but maybe your email site doesn't accept emails that they think might be harmful or just don't know who is sending them, they might not recognize FusionCash at all and just plain out rejects them and it goes back to FusionCash. If you haven't used Yahoo, I would try them because Like I said I use them and never had a problem yet.  :peace:

Your mailbox is not full is it? I would go into your setting and make sure to put support@fusioncash.net on your safe list. That way they will not think it's spam.

i have gmail, my inbox is not full, i have added fushion cash to my address and I have done everything. I still get this message. I receive emails from FC so I dont know why I still get this message either.  Oh well, I guess i will have to check it again tomorrow.  :wave: :thumbsup: :dontknow:

Based on your initial comment, I'm assuming that you are receiving emails and can send them without any problem except with Fusion Cash.

Since you have gmail, I would not expect that incoming emails from FusionCash would be screened out.  So it would seem that the email address that FusionCash is using to send stuff to you is not your correct email address.  Have you checked it letter by letter and number by number to make sure that they are all that they should be?

I only suggest that because I had the job of checking emails for a group of 40 people and frequently found that the email addresses I got were in error because of an added letter or I misread an 'O' instead of '0' or 'l' instead of '1'. 

You can test what is in Fusion Cash, by doing a right click copy of  the email address shown in your account page and paste in in the TO section of an email  (from you).  If you get it, there is nothing wrong with the email address in FC.  If you don't, you've located the problem.
