our eating habits change with the season, we eat more fresh food straight from the garden, instead of cooking everything.

My husband and I do not eat refined carbs. I do not really consider it "being on a diet" though. It is just the way we live.

Eating healthy (not dieting) is so much easier in the summer.  Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables are readily available. 
I feel like getting outdoors to walk and be active and don't crave as much comfort food as I do in the cold winter months.

I never diet as I have always been pretty active. However, I injured my knee recently which means I can't run as much, so I am watching what I eat so I won't GAIN weight.
