no, i've tried so many diets and have finally just gotten a gym membership.  Hard work is the only way.

No, I am trying the no carb diet for about a week then I am just going to cut back and work out, stop eat  after 9pm and work out... work out

It's a lifestyle change, not a diet. I know it is hard. I struggle myself. Once I realized that it is about becoming healthy, and not just a diet it became a lot easier for me.

I have to agree. I like and trust Dr Oz but I am doing the same thing, joining a gym and joining weight watchers to watch my food intake so I can develop good habits and even be rewarded for being active! that's the way to go

Yeah I understand, there are so many diet supplements , it all narrows
Down to exercising and eating right.

I've been concerned about dieting for the reason that it's possible to lose health along with losing weight.  I did enough dieting in the past that I ended up with a weak and partially functional thyroid.  Now I take thyroid medication and I'm working on getting my nutrients, sleep and fresh air with exercise.  My goal is no longer about losing weight; it's about improving my health and strengthening my heart.
