surveys that dont load

Why is it that when a fc survey doesn't load and you try to reload it , it says "you've already taken this survey"? It seems there should be a way to get this corrected so we have a fair chance at taking all surveys that are available to us. Some thoughts on this? :dontknow:

You should be able to reload/refresh  the window/tab without that happening. If you close it and try to open then you get the message that you've already participated because you have already opened it
