I went from $19 to $14....

seriously....why do the credits expire?

I was only doing the daily e-mails and the one PTC offer

and maybe a survey here and there hoping it would credit (most didn't)

so after 180 days (6 months) that awesome little $5 sign up bonus just goes away because we were too slow to earn enough to cash out?!

Yes - you should go back and read the rules. Credits expire after 180 days. You should easily be able to make $25 dollars in that amount of time even if you only do the PTC, daily emails, forum and the weekly promotions. To make money you need to be consistent.

I didn't realize that they expire!  I do try to get enough to cash out at least every couple of months.

It is possible to cash out every couple of month even if you do not do anything else but you have to be here every day and do your thing that's all. Best luck next time.

I try to cash out as soon as I can so I don't loose any money.  I don't order things, but try to complete all the surveys that I can and watch movies so that way I can try to cash out without worrying about losing any money.

I'm sorry that happened to you. Under the FC terms of service, it talks about your credits expiring if you don't cashout within 6 months. It's good to read all the rules so you're not suprised when something happens. Honestly, I can't understand how you couldn't make at least $25 by the 180-day mark. If you do the daily e-mail, which is 2 cents, and the daily ptc, which is 15 cents, it adds up to a minimum $5.10 a month. Multiply that number by 5 months, and you have a total of $25.50.  Oh, and don't forget about the $3 bonus you get each month when you make a minimum of 30 posts each month. You submit a forum bonus request where you pick 3 out of your 30 posts to submit. When you do that consistently each month, you get credit the following month. There's also the $1 bonus every time you post a screenshot (not a copy and paste) of your payment. Altogether, you could make $9.10 a month. In three months you would have a total of $27.30, which is enough to cash out. That's without completing any surveys or offers. Of course you could make more than that with less time. It's all up to you.

it states in the terms that it expires in 180 days.  usually you even get a warning on your account page that you're about to lose money.  if you were doing the daily and the emails, that alone should get you the 25 dollars you need in the six month times though.

Even if you just do the email and paid to click you would reach $25.16 in 148 days so there really is no excuse.

While I lost my $5 bonus, I have earned $26.53 so far.  I need another $3.47 to have $30.  I am waiting on my next forum bonus, and I will then cash out.

Yes, that's a part of the rules.  It seems this rule may help with keeping members busy in FC because if you're not busy, those 180 days will creep up on you and cause you to lose your credits and money.

They send me an email once a week with details on my earnings and it warns me about the 180 day expiration, so I have no excuse.

I did get my $5 sign up bonus but I almost lost it to.    I signed up in oct 2012, when I first started signing op on sites and forgot I had signed up with FC and forgot my login info.  But I started to login and get active at first of march and got $26.16 to my paypal may 16.
