why do pepoel sit at a red light and try to put makeup on or text on cell phone and not do what they are post to be doing is driving and paying attention

i know what you mean --i was following a car couple days ago and it was going from side to side and slow and then fast --i finally realized it was a young girl putting on her makeup while driving she almost killed several people--what ever happened to common sense???
