What is the silliest question you've ever been asked?

I was working in the emergency dept when I took a call from a frantic mother.

"Please help!  My toddler just drank from the dog's water bowl.  What should I do?"
I replied, "Give the dog some more water."

I've heard tons of them.   One that pops in my head is the person who asks how much are your 99 cent chicken nuggets or the person who asks how much something is at the dollar store.

When I was working, I answered the phone and the person said "are you a recording", so I answered "yes I am".  I swear she then left me a message!

At the place I work, we allow people to prebuy their tickets online. Someone showed up the other week and was like "I bought my tickets online" so we asked to see the printed copy it tells them to print and they have nothing and are like "Can we still get in without proof we purchased?"

There are a lot of STUPID questions but my favorite is "what are you doing??" When it's very obvious what I'm doing!!!!

Man, I sure wish I could remember every single stupid, ridiculous, absurd, or hilarious question I've ever heard in my life but I can't.  One that comes to mind right now: "Is the wind still windy?" I didn't even know how to respond to that! haha
