Surveys aren't really something you can give tips for. Each one is looking for a specific demographic so it's just a matter of finding one that matches you. Just keep trying each one that you can.

For the offers, I think the best place to look is on the forums in the offers section. FC Members are the best resource for posting about a new offer, and whether or not it credited.
