posting piucture of payment

Hi I am not all that computer savvy when it comes to posting proof of payment.  I followed the instructions and somehow what I posted wasn't even a pic of my proof of payment.  I received an e-mail telling me that my request for the bonus was denied.  I tried to re post but found that I can't.  How long do I have to wait till I can post the proof again as I figured out what I did wrong. I have a screen shot now of my payment for this month and wanted to request the bonus before this month ends.  I would appreciate any help on this matter thanks. :

Congratulations on getting your first payment! 

Is it possible that the email was to deny that you didn't post 30 in the month? I'm not sure how the posting of your payment works, but that's the only thing I can think of.

Thanks elisajoy for your help. I deffinately will fill out a support ticket and go from there.  I will let you know how I make out.  Thanks again
