Who loves their veggies??

Favorite vegetable is easy - definitely potatoes.  Broccoli and spinach would be second and third, too close to call between them.  But I definitely love potatoes best.

Let's face it: some vegetables are just more fun to eat than others. Corn on the cob (especially when grilled) continues to be fun into adulthood. So are veggie kabobs, and celery sticks filled with natural peanut butter or light cream cheese. And a zucchini half, tomato, bell pepper, or portobello mushroom stuffed with a savory filling can be as elegant as it is fun.

I love green peppers, cucumbers and sugar snap peas. I also love tomatoes if they count, but they are technically fruit.

I love my veggies.  And as long as I cook and season them right it seems my kids like them too.  One of the things they have to do when they don't like a veggie (Or something else on there plate) is mix it in with something they do like.  For instance my son HATES Kale.  He gag's on the stuff.  So I encourage him to eat a piece of Kale with a fish, some egg and some fruit...basically trying to get him to eat salad...not each piece of the salad by itself.  I love fresh veggies but when I can't get them If I have to substitue canned it's okay...as long as we get them in is better nothing I figure...And Mrs. Dash works wonders on green beans.

I like fruits the most, but wil eat veggies as long as they are fresh and not canned.

I'm more of a fruit person, but I really like carrots. I also like green beans, cucumber, lettuce, potatoes, and there's a kind of squash that I kinda like but haven't had it in ages. Broccoli is okay, but I have to cook it and mix it in with something like pasta.

When we were young, our parents made us eat those things? How many of us still eat them as adults because we like them? And what is your favorite. I love broccoli!

My husband and I eat allot of spinach, broccoli and green beans but my favorite is collard greens.

I hated veggies growing up, very picky eater, but now I love most veggies.....I love to make a quiche full of veggies, had some this morning.....it was delicious....

Sweet potatoes are my favorite vegetable.  But by the time I get through doctoring them up with lots of butter and brown sugar, they are more like a dessert than a vegetable.  My dad use to make us eat peas when we were young.  I despised peas and still despise peas.  None of my four sisters like peas and none of us will even buy them to this day!

I like most vegetables except greens (spinach, collards etc). My favorite are peas. I'm trying to get my little ones to eat more and they do okay. I'll have to get sneakier with my recipes.

My favorite vegetables are green beans from the garden and asparagus from the garden. Other than that I like cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, corn,
peas, snow peas, cucumbers, onions, kohlrabi, etc, etc.

I loved broccoli even as a child.  My mother bought frozen chopped broccoli.  One time I ate so much of it that I did not want any more for a long time.  Now I like fresh broccoli in salads, as a snack, lightly steamed in the microwave, and in some soups.  I still keep frozen broccoli (chopped when I can find it) on hand in my freezer for quick fixes.

I do! I like most vegetables, especially broccoli, asparagus, spinach, collards, brussells sprouts, lettuce, tomatoes. I guess it would be easier to list the ones I don't like: peas, lima beans, and beans in general.
