Coupons are a big help! Especially for household essentials like toilet paper and  laundry soap etc. Making and freezing soups and one dish meals with ingredients bought on sale helps. Eating leftovers helps, too.

A budget is very important. Even in a good economy it is a good thing to do. And no matter how much one makes. It keeps things on an even keel.

It is so good to plan a budget and stick with it.  It is also very important to put away savings as much as possible for emergencies.  I know this all to well.  My husband has been off for neck surgery for 4 months and I only worked part time.  Thanks God I had some $ put back!!!

Budgeting helps when you need to save for a rainy day.  That way you have some money put aside for something special.  My husband is a better budgeter than I am.  I have to buy something, regardless of the circumstances.

Wow I hae been missing out did not realize the dollar tree took coupons will have to look into that. I real need to start a budget and stick with it.
