Survey Issues
« on: April 19, 2013, 10:02:38 am »
I was wondering if anyone had problems with surveys crediting yesterday 4/18/2013. I did two that said I completed the surveys but didn't receive the credit for either one. I do however have the email from the one stating that I joined and confirmed so I should be credited for that one. I had almost 10 surveys yesterday and I tried everyone completed two but no credit received how frustrating. I hope I am posting this in the right area.

I am having issues as well with receiving credit from surveys that I have completed.  Sometimes  go through the entire 15 or 20 mins of the survey, it says its 100% completed and then the screen goes blank. Credit for the completion of these surveys that I have done on 4/19 are not showing on my account.  What is going on here? Its take a lot of time to fill out those surveys and I would like to receive credit for the ones that I have fully completed.

This happens to me too, I spent 20 to 30 minutes of repeats question and just turn blank, then all gone.

Thanks for the heads up on the survey glitch.  I think I will take a few days off from trying surveys and give them time to resolve the issue.  I definitely don't want to spend an hour or more taking a survey that doesn't credit.  I'm slow and put way more thought into these surveys than necessary. It's frustrating when you are not compensated for your time.

It won't even let me finish the survey's I was so excited to see I had about 10 surveys listed the other day and I went to do one it took about 20 minutes and then it said we just have a few questions for classification purposes and then when I clicked ok it froze. So I was like ok that happens moving on. The next one I click on the same thing happens when it was ready to move on to the next set of questions it froze again. So I was like ok one more time and it did it again I didn't even get my penny for trying so I was like ok well I don't wanna spend all the time if that's what gonna happen, so I dunno if it's improved.

I still struggle with the surveys sometimes.  One day I might get credit for one or two and then go for days and days and not get anything for them.  I just keep trying and hoping that I will get lucky and get credit.

Fusion Cash is like life. You win some. You lose some. Right?  ::)

Anyway, if you keep playing around and looking for all you do on the site, it pays off.

Slowly but surely.
