I would open a support ticket for each survey where payment was revoked. Make certain you give the name of the survey and any other identifying information. Maybe you can get some helpful feedback. Maybe, a mistake was made. Mistakes sometimes happen and often when a mistake happens, the member gets the money put back into his or her account plus an additional dollar. This happened to me one time.
