HELP
« on: April 18, 2013, 06:38:16 pm »
Some of my surveys that I had done and completed, that were 'Approved' on my account, now say 'Denied' and Idk why. Any way to fix this or does anyone know why this happens?

I'm guessing the survey companies found some inaccurate/dishonest answers in some of the surveys you took and they revoked some of your credits. I don't think it's a matter of expired credits, since you said it went from 'Approved' to 'Denied' and not 'Approved' to 'Expired'. None of my offers have ever expired and none of my credits have ever been revoked, so I'm not 100% sure what is going on. Hopefully, someone else has experienced this situation and they can give you a precise/accurate answer. If not, you can always open a Support Ticket and ask Admin for help. After all, you did say it was 'some' survey credits and not just '1'....so I think Admin would be your best bet in this case. Good luck!  :peace:

Thank you so much! I will do that. I tried to be as accurate as possible so I don't think it could be anything like that. You were a big help :)

I had a few recently that did that since I was not given the proper amount. when i was awarded the proper amount later, the survey showed up twice and one of them had to be later removed. Since this happened recently for me, it may have been the same for you as well. if not....see the last post.

As another member suggested your best bet is to open a support ticket. You indicated that your payment was revoked for more than one survey. I would open a support ticket for each survey where payment was revoked. Make certain you give the name of the survey and any other identifying information. Maybe you can get some helpful feedback. Maybe, a mistake was made. Mistakes sometimes happen and often when a mistake happens, the member gets the money put back into his or her account plus an additional dollar. This happened to me one time.

Thank you. You were actually correct. The ones that were denied were all re-credited with the correct amount later! Thanks again :)
