Why would anyone want their ex back?  There is a reason that they are an ex. It didn't work out...move on. Remember all of the bad times rather than glorifying the good times.  There are so many people in this world that are a perfect match for you...why would you waste time going after something that didn't work rather than trying something that could work?  I am amazed that anyone would think about going after their ex instead of taking five minutes to look at personals on craigs list or a computer dating agency. If the first date doesn't work, try another, and another, and another until you find what it is that you are looking for.

One does not make an ex come back. If it works out and a couple are back together that's one thing. But one should never try to make someone come back. That could make them run further. If they're free and they return than it was meant to be. If they don't than it may have never meant to be. In other words if you love someone set them free....yada yada yada.

Why would you ever want an ex back? You got rid of them because it wasn't working so why would it work at a later date? Cut your loses and find someone new who might be a lot better.

To the OP:  Sometimes you can end a relationship and still love someone yet it's not a good idea to get back together.  For example, if one partner wants children and the other doesn't.  Someone is going to be very unhappy if they give in to try to salvage the relationship.

Also, I'm not sure that "not all that bad" is good enough to want an ex back in your life.  Raise your standards.

Curiosity may kill the cat, but an ex is an ex for a reason.  Why in the world would you want your ex back?  I surely wouldn't, and for good reason.  If he treated you good, there is a possibility you could rekindle.  If he treated you bad, I would not want him back for no reason whatsoever.  I was good to my ex, and he caused me nothing but misery.  You could not pay me to take him back!!!

I have to agree with you.  Your ex is an ex for a reason.  There is no amount of money in the world that would ever make me change my mind either!!!! That's just asking for a headache and don't we all have enough of those already!

An ex s a ex for a reason! You wont find love when your out looking for it. It will find you. It may not be when you want but it will. Me and my man have been together 9 years and we weren't looking for love when we found each other. But everything happens for a reason. That's not to say I don't hold feelings for a ex or two but at the same time there's reason why it didn't work out.

Once you became ex, then you don't have anything to do with others life. Why would you want to going back to your ex. If it doesn't work on the first time then it won't work on the second time.
