i ventured outside today

it has been about a week now so i want to go out side and man i couldn't beleive how hot it was it got up in the high 80s here but i couldn't stay out to long i started to get weak so i guess i'll just have to take it slow

That's the best way to get well - get fresh air and sunshine, even if it's only for a few minutes. Hopefully you'll have a lot of nice weather so you can go out for a little while each day.

Going outside has been therapeutic to me as well, when i was sick last year.

Fresh air on a nice day is the best for you and your health.  Even my little dog loves it.  The other day was finally warm enough to open the back door and let her out, she was out about 5 minutes came back in and ran to the kitchen, came back with her bone and went and laid on the sunnier spot of the deck to eat her bone while sunbathing.

Enjoy it again.

I'm sorry you are under the weather, but glad to read you went out for a while, the fresh air, sun and the walk are good for you...I hope you continue to get better so you can get back to what you enjoy doing....
