I think I figured it out.  I agree, this is quite cool..  To those who have not figured it out.
 
All you have to do is look
at the options below the "Message Icon" (ie Bold, Italic, Underline, etc.
One of them is the Marquee button which is shown as an "M" Moving with an arrow pointing to the left.Just select the words you want to be moving like you would if you wanted the text to be bold.Then click the Marquee Button while the text is selected and that should do it.
Or you can take the words you want to move and enter [move] before the first word and type at the end of the words you want to animate.[/move]
