I cannot do naps. If I don't sleep at least 4 hours, I get very grouchy.

If i take a nap it is usually about 10-15 min. I don plan on having one. But if i should lean my head back in my chair at the right time might go to sleep. Sure enjoy it if i do.

I used to take a rare nap when I was younger, but now I find that I can't get a good nap because my body tends to need longer than 20 minutes or so for a nap. Plus it takes so long to get to sleep that it defeats the purpose of getting a quick nap. So I find that even if I'm tired it's just best try and wait until I can get a full night's sleep.

If it was up to me I would nap 2 days a week... Waking up early for college could be a chore... Sometimes when I wake and I am really tired, I take a nap... Minutes later I am late for my class... That's why I force myself to wake up, finish the day, and then go take a nap

I'm a napper.  If I feel tired in the afternoon I'll surrender and sleep for as long as I need to unless I have a commitment.  Sometimes I get better quality sleep during a nap than I do at night.

If I get tired in the afternoon and I have too many commitments to nap I feel like an irritable little kid.

I love to take a nap every once in a while. The only day I can have a nap is on Sunday after lunch. Just need to close my eyes while the oxygen is helping my stomach digest all that meal. Sometimes a planned nap never works for me. If I want to take a nap for 30 minutes, I will end up napping for 3 hours. Then at night I can't sleep at my regular sleeping time. I had to watch a netflix movie so that I can put myself on sleep mode. Yikes!!!

I love a Saturday afternoon nap it's a joy. After you have done the Saturday housework a nice afternoon nap is lovely. It's even better when after your nap you take a little stroll to your neighborhood coffee-house for a cup of joe and a nice muffin. It's the best!

I have a problem going to sleep in the middle of the day....I think it is needed, but if I'm home I still can't doze off....

I like to take a half hour nap everyday around 3 P.M. It keeps me going until bedtime.

I love naps! I feel refreshed after one of them and can continue with my day. Feel energized!

I will take a nap sometimes, but I don't usually take them. If I happen to get up real early in the morning then I would take a short nap during the day but if not then I would go on with my normal routine during the day

I never take naps on a regular basis. The only time I lay down during the day is when I am not feeling well. I could never lay down during the day, something about sleeping while the sun is out.

I think we're the same.  When I don't feel well then that day is nap day for me.  I'm feel very tire later when I take nap, don't know why?  Maybe I don't get use to it.

I love naps but it tends to interfere with my sleeping at night so rarely do anymore!!!
