Do you Dreamed every night?

I think we all dream every night. We don't always remember our dreams though, sometimes things like stress can make us not remember. I don't think it's a serious problem, your dreams will probably return in no time don't worry about it.

How often do you dreamed ? I can't dream anymore,i don't know why.
Do anyone know,why is people stop dreaming? Everynight i went sleep
only think i could say is imagining before fall asleep. What could i do to
start dreaming again anyon knows?

I have been told that as your falling asleep and your at the stage of nodding off say out loud to yourself "remember my dream." and repeat it until you fall asleep and that will help you to remember your dreams better.  Hope this helps.

I don't know how to control, whether or not, I dream.  I might be dreaming; however, I might not REMEMBER some of those dreams.

Occasionally, I have a dream where I can vividly remember the details of my dream after I wake up. 

I often dream that I can fly like Sally Field on THE FLYING NUN.  I remember those dreams really well.  I'm even aware that when I start flying I intentionally avoid power lines and things like that.  I also dream that I'm teaching others how to fly.

Has anyone read about how to interpret your dreams?

 

Don't quote me on this but I believe this is called astro-projection.  I have read about it in a book about dreams and how to interpret them.  I will get it out and post the name of it if you want??

I think everyone dreams including you, but for some reason you can't recall your dreams or you forget them when you wake up.

Interpreting dreams really depends on an individual's personal symbols.  I love snakes, for instance, so when I dream of them, they are wonderful illuminating dreams.  Other people hate snakes, and those dreams may be nightmares.  It is best to determine what the symbols in the dream meant to you.

Flying in a dream is not astral projection, however.  Many people fly in their dreams and it is normal.

I still dream and I am close to 60 yrs old, it's if I go to sleep thinking about something that was said that day or prior I will dream something really crazy. Now my younger brother just turned 55 yrs old and he has nightmares he scares me yelling and walking in his sleep and fighting imaginary people in his room too funny but scary he says if he eats sweets or anything after 8 O'clock at night that is when he has the nightmares.
