Omg...i am so pissed and shocked.

Kris Allen wins the title or "American Idol".....

Why?? Adam Lambert, def deserved it. Is america that homo-phobic? God, he got a grreat voice and been consistant this whole season.

What do you think??

I agree it is  although they both are very deserving...I think that Adam is a star and had great vocals and stage present...we will see him soon I am sure.

Just voters in the US.  They rarely get anything right when it comes to voting.  Then again, I can see why Kris won.  Most people are boring, he's boring.  Most people can relate to mediocrity, he's mediocre.  Most people enjoy boring pop music with little creativity or extravagant vocals, he provides that.  Honestly, his closing performance tonight was just at the level of average, had no emotion in it, was not entertaining, and frankly was boring as vocals get.

It's also American Idol...I lost all hope in the show when Daughtry got voted off...

Adam will sell an insane amount of records, he will have people on his doorstep tomorrow morning with contracts, and Kris will fade into the background as most of AI winners have (with the exception of a select one or two).

There's also the fact that the shows fan base is clearly not a rock n roll fan base at all..as is evident by the lack of winners who really did harder rock (Cook kind of was, but he still does all that touchy feely stuff when he performs on the show).
