We mostly watch at home, it is so costly to go to the theaters anymore, so we rent them and then pop our own popcorn and have our sodas at home, so much more affordable and comfy!

I try to watch movies at home as much as possible.  Way to expensive to go to movie theaters.  But I have two daughters and sometimes we like to have a day out at the movies.

If there's a movie that I really want to see, I'll make sure to see it in the theaters for the full effect.  Otherwise, I wait until I can rent it and watch at home.  It's just too expensive to buy tickets (they can cost up to $14 where I live to see a 3-D movie).  And then the cost of snacks if you buy them at the theater!  I watch fewer movies in theaters nowadays.  Who wants to pay $12 for a movie only to find out it's a really bad one?

We usually watch them at home.  It is cheaper, easier and always has plenty of snacks.     For a special movie, we will see it at the theater and we usually take advantage of the matinee shows.
