FC Toolbar

I tried downloading the toolbar and it stated that it is compatible with Windows 7/Vista/XP. I am using XP but when downloading, it states "windows cannot open file"...."needs to know what program created it..."  Huh?

i'm losing it where technology is concerned lately. i just don't understand what it's telling me. Anyone care to answer this?

Try downloading from Internet Explorer or Firefox browser.  Not really compatible with Google Chrome, but do attempt again.  It is a very valuable tool to have that you will learn to use so much.  Just to start, it gives you that free buck and a half each month just for your searches plus cash back for any online shopping that you do and all of you balances and information is right there in one convenient spot.
