Can you tell me how to do a system restore ? I have tried and tried in safe mode and it tells me "cannot be restored to that point". Tried different restore points too. AVG, Avast and adaware aren't picking anything up. Any suggestions?

Go to the tools security section and by trial and error enable java script.

letme start by saying that i know absolutely nothing about computers. i basically know how to check email, update my facebook, and do the daily offers here on fusioncash. sonow for my problem. several times a day i'll be in the middle of doing something and then everything on the page just freezes. and then my computer will say the page is not responding. what causes this and what can i do to stop it? and sometimes, usually on pages with a lot of graphics, i'll get a little yellow triangle with an exclamation point in the lower left hand corner of my screen and it'll say done with errors on page. and when that happens it runs very slow and it usually ends up not responding. is there anything i can do to stop this from happening? thanks in advance!

I would start off by recommending that you make up you are using the latest, up-to-date version of your software. If you are IE, be sure to run Windows Update and download the latest version of Internet Explorer. (Start>>Programs>>Window Update) If you're using FireFox (which I recommend) go to firefox.com or click Help>>Check for Updates... in the browsers menu bar. Also, uninstall any and all the browser toolbars you do not use. (I don't recommend anyone installing and using any toolbars) To uninstall them go to Start>>Control Panel. Double click on "Add/Remove Programs". Once opened look for the name of the toolbar and click the "Remove" button.

You can also ask me for computer-related help as well as for some Adobe products, like Illustrator and Photoshop, which are the ones that I most commonly use.

I can usually fix problems with any computer, but this one issue with Vista is ticking me off!!!   :BangHead:
When I start it, it restarts, ect.  It says that I need to restart it again. One day I did it like 7 times in a row!!  It was a sad day....  :'(
I think because it's my computer, my issue, it is easier for me to just hit NO and go on with my day! Lol...

If your computer is restarting on it's own you most likely have a power issue. Is your computer a desktop or a laptop?

@lightningclix

Me too, as long as it is a PC.
If you have any problem or need help with something, you can send me an email at pesbs2006@gmail.com
I can also format Windows on PCs and have them ready with all the stuff that you wanted to keep on your Hard Drive after formatting your PC, which will be to make a backup of the files that you want to keep before formatting the Hard Drive, so that you won't lose them.

I don't like Vista...with that said, try the link below. If that doesn't fix the issue we can move on to find a different solution:

i have an mp3 player and i tried support but no help, anyways it detects it on my windows 7, but doesnt recognize, on vista no prblem, but on 7 it comes up as a MTP device, i messed with the setting somehow indevice manager and became usb, thus recognizing it perfectly, but i restarted it, and it reverted the settings, now i dont know what i did before, but need help from an expert on how to change usb flash players into usb mode, and not mtp mode. any help would be greatly appreciated thank you. reply or message at abstract1er@gmail.com

I bought my computer with Vista already installed on it, so I am not sure this would help since it says :

"The computer continuously restarts after you unsuccessfully try to install Windows Vista on a Windows-based computer"
