Anyone having issues with: My Neilsan Ratings or e-poll?

Those two companies are not crediting me. And I did everything they said. Its honestly EXTREMELY irritating...

I did the Nielsen Ratings survey and never did get credit.  I received an email from them yesterday stating they were canceling my subscription because of non use for 30 days.  Problem is -that is the 1st time I had heard from them.

Yor supposed to download something for neilsan ratings.

I still did that  and got NOTHING.

I'm not sure, but I think you have to download their software, and install it.

Just get creditted when you do that and delete the program.  Worked for me.

I got credited for nelson but didn't get credited for e-poll. With myview, in order to get credit you have to 1. register, 2. pass and complete all the surveys they have listed for you (a good 30 minutes of work). I don't know if that info helps or not.

Yeah, I guess you win some, you lose some. There are some that Its been 3 months and I haven't been credited.

I got credit for neilsen, I was hesitant to install the program but I did and got credit for it within like 10 minutes. Not sure why it won't work for you guys. =

Hm, Neilson worked fine for me; did you install their software and receive a confirmation Email back from them?
I got credited for it and then uninstalled the software just fine...

  yess I have problems with their software it stops my IE and I cant browse with it so I called it quits with them.
