Completed offers is how many offers you have actually completed, and then how much it is worth.  The "total paid" amount is how much the person has actually recieved in check form.

For example, lets say I have recieved my checks from FC for a total of $400.00 (I wish right?), and since my last check, I have made $30 more dollars.  So my toal paid would be $400, but my completed offers would be $430 since I havent cashed out that $30 dollars yet.

I know that sounded kind of confusing, but did that help at all?
