Shouldn't this be in another board considering it's not about an "offer"? Just saying... this is happening alot lately.

DID P90X, KICKED OUR BUTTS. COULDN'T KEEP UP SO JOINED A GYM.

YOU HAVE TO GET YOUR HEART RATE UP FOR AT LEAST 15/PER TIME YOU EXCERCISE. YOU DON'T START BURNING FAT UNTIL THEN. SO AS LONG AS YOU ARE INCREASING YOUR HEART RATE, THEN YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT. BUT I DON'T THINK YOU WILL LOSE 20LBS UNLESS YOU DIET, TOO.

TRY "PURE GREEN COFFEE BEAN EXTRACT"  EXACTLY LIKE THAT, NO ADDITIVES OF ANYKIND INCLUDING THE GEL CAPS. I LOST 5LBS IN THE FIRST WEEK, 10 2ND WEEK. THEY CAUSE YOU TO PROCESS SUGAR DIFFERENTLY SO IT DOESN'T TURN INTO FAT.

I BOUGHT 2 BOTTLES ON EBAY FOR ABOUT $15.

It really depends on how much that person weighs and how rigorous the walk is. If the person is very heavy, there are many hills on the walk and if it is warm outside I think it is possible to lose that much weight in such a short time.

I think you wont loose 20 pounds. But if you don't eat a lot of junk food and are consistent you will shed a vast amount of fat. Good luck though

That sounds like a lot of weight, but combining that with good food, no junk, you might be able to reach that goal.  God luck!

Now how are you making your words travel like that.
As for the 20 pounds, you would have to weigh a lot.  Average person should only lose ten pounds of weight to be healthy and keep it off.  God Bless.  With me any weight loss would be great :BangHead:

Hmmm, that is a really interesting question.  I did not really keep track of how far I was walking, but over last summer to help ease my mind I went out walking several miles multiple days a week and within a few months I probably lost around 20 pounts from 210 lbs to 193 lbs.

i weighed 186 after my last baby. i joined a gym, went 3-4 times a week, cut out sodas completely, stay away from as much sugar as possible, sugar turns into fat, as does pasta, took pure green coffee bean extract; equivalent to half cup coffee (helps with sugar), switched from 2% to skim milk. and I lost 40lbs. then i had to have gallbladder surgery, gained 10lbs back. i am now back to the gym.

chocolate is my vice. i have to have it, but now i find good ways to get my chocolate, like with almonds.

it isn't easy, but i lost 10lbs in first 2 weeks, 20lbs in first month. the more you have to lose, the faster you see it go, then it seems to slow down, but pant sizes change fast.  i was able to get rid of all my "fat" jeans. it was so wonderful.

anyway, GOOD LUCK!! you can do it. my uncle just lost about 80lbs. i hardly recognize him. he has done it in only about 3 months. i have to call him to see what he did. he looks great at almost 60 yrs.
