Last month I used the new system and it was denied. I was having trouble converting the screenshot to an jpeg fileLast night I read through the posts on this thread and somone mentioned skitch from google. I downloaded it and it worked great. It was very simple to use and so far my pic bonus has nt been denied!

I've been trying ever since i received my check last month. Its still not working!!! Im doing everything right and i click submit but it goes ni further than that! Im getting really frustrated with it. I was already denied 6 dollars in referrals for some reason and now this! If anyone k.own what i can do please help!

I used the new system this last time and it went through on my second attempt. I still had to put the screen shot into PAINT and then save and upload it but it was a couple less steps than the previous method of doing it.    @ Bonzie, I think you can still also post a photo of what you used the money to purchase, maybe a DVD or CD? or a new shirt or something like that. Double check the guidelines and you may still be able to post that since your actual physical check has already gone through to your bank. Good luck.

What is the new system to post the payment of our checks.  Haven't heard about it.  I have always had a hard time posting my payments due to them always being too big and then I tried to cut them down but they still don't seem to work.  I think that I only  got credit for one check so far. Thanks for any information on this.

I'm having the same problem with the new system too with the picture being too big, but I finally got part of the check posted.  I hope it gets approved.

sometimes you have to try it more than once to get it to take.  maybe they still have bugs that they're working out?
