Do you use an "Ad blocking" program like AdBlock Plus?  If so, try disabling it on that page only then refresh the page.  It should work then.

You may need to update your Shockwave and/or Java, since many web sites depend on these two plug-ins to work correctly.

I get sound however. It sometimes hides the puzzle to do to get the credit. A few times I gave up trying to get the puzzle as adds go on over it.

Hey Guys !  I,m having the same problem with  ( Glossed over - Captcha msgs ! it won,t allow me to enter the code to get credited ! )  when I first start to listen to the first song, I wait until it ends, the puzzle  appears !  I enter the  ( Captcha msg ! ) and, it works, I get my  ( .01-cent ) but, after that all the other songs I try to listen to, @ the end the  ( Captcha msg ! ) appears, I can,t enter it because, its glossed over......  Support Staff !  Please, help with this......  Thanks !!

Try waiting until the commercial message on the site is over. It should come back and allow you to enter the captcha.

I also have the problem of advertising covering the CAPTCHA so I can't enter the code.  It's almost like they don't want me to enter it?

ADVERTISEMENT WILL COME OFF, SO DO NOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL IT COMES OFF. THEN PUT IN THE CODE. THIS PAID TO LISTEN IS MY FAVORITE RIGHT NOW, BECAUSE IT IS THE MOST CONSISTENT.  I KEEP IT ON WHILE I AM DOING OTHER THINGS....THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS WHEN I AM GIVING MY TOTAL ATTENTION TO MY ONE AND ONLY TRUE LIVING GOD. I SHUT EVERY THING OUT THEN, SO I HEAR HIM CLEARLY.

This is one of my favorite ways to earn to as I let it run in the background while I do other things and come back after 10 minutes to enter my codes.  Sometimes there are adds cocering up the code but I wait patiently for ads to finish and I usually an able to enter code after that.

 it could have something to do with your internet connection
when i use E explorer it does work i use google chrome it good and fast

If the paid to listen area has a grayish cast, then you won't be able to enter the captcha. Refresh your page first. You might have to do this after you've submitted captcha everytime depending on your browser.

hit the little  pausse btton, then hit play...it shold work..i have to do it all the time

I'll have to try hitting the pause/play button.   I usually wait for the ad to just go away, but another one pops up more times than not.
