Surveys wont be credited

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!! I have been completing numerous amounts of surveys but have not recieved credit for them.. i need this extra cash more than ever right now.  can someone please tell me wat im doing wrong

Yes, I agree. Do put in a support ticket.  If you have completed the surveys and they still have not credited. They maybe able to find out if there is a problem.  Good luck.

Sending in a support ticket for not getting credited for surveys will do not good. They can't help with that. It's the survey company that isn't giving the credit. When people first start taking surveys, they assume they are finishing the surveys, when in reality they are just getting through the qualification questions and they think this is completing a survey.

I don't do a lot of them because I normally don't qualify, but when I do, I almost always get credited.  If you have done a lot and are not getting credited I would try using a different browser, clearing your cookies, slowing down to make sure that the pages fully load, etc.  For me, to complete one and not have it credit is pretty rare.

Which surveys are you trying to take? I have found that the FC Surveys are the best at qualifying and getting credit for. When you complete the survey, a page will come up and it will say congratulations in green writing. Then, there is a continue button you click on that page. It will close out of the survey window and refresh your FC Surveys list, removing the survey you just took. With all the other surveys, you need to leave the congratulations window open until you get credited. Yes, like Eliza said, some do fall through and you don't get credited, but this is very rare. I've seen maybe 2 or 3 of those the whole time I've been on Fusion Cash. If you are not getting credited for all the surveys you take and you are getting to the congratulations page, then you are doing something wrong or something is wrong with your computer settings. Clear your cookies and cache or try a different browser.

Have you been leaving the "congratulations" window open for at least 10 minutes before you close it? When I qualify for a survey, I usually go to my account page first to see if the credit is there. If it is, I then close the survey window. Every now and then, I won't see a credit to my account. It happens to everyone. More times than not, I usually get my credit, so I just keep going with the surveys. The money really does add up.

I did see something interesting posted on the 'Support' Ticket page saying that you should take a screen shot of the page where it sais you have been credited. I'm assuming its one that appears after you have completed the survey by FusionCashDollars saying your account has been credited. You can use this as evidence.

I did two surveys and didn't know I should keep them open for longer than 10 minutes, nor did I screen shot it. 26 minutes wasted on a family health survey. 

Oh well live and learn. Thanks for posting this. I understand how frustrating this is. And this is why sites like this can't be used a primary way to make money, because technical issues happen. I am a bit worried about because if this continues, I can't keep wasting my time on something that doesn't work. 

Fusion, please fix this issue, or take it down altogether. Thanks!

As rightly advised, surveys are very fickle and even though I have earned a lot from them, they could really be frustrating. Am wondering though why it's all the surveys that you are doing you are having issues with. When I have issues with surveys, it's not all the surveys. For example, If I happen to take four surveys, I may have an issue with one but not all the four so in all honesty, you may want to really clear your cookies and cache before attempting another survey. Then what kind of browser are you using? Do you get credited for other offers you complete? Lastly, I also do not think logging a support ticket about surveys would help except there has been a change. Whenever I logged support tickets for surveys, I received the most generalized response in the universe. This is not to say you shouldn't try but log support tickets for surveys with an open mind.

I agree with the browser thing.  I usually use Chrome and don't qualify a lot of the time, but if I switch over to IE I have no problem qualifying.  Go figure.

When people first start taking surveys, they assume they are finishing the surveys, when in reality they are just getting through the qualification questions and they think this is completing a survey. 

I have to agree with kingreyam24.  I've done plenty of surveys and never once have I not been credited for them.  Sometimes it may take a day or so to credit but, there is a possibility that you're mistaking the screening questions for the actual survey.  Unless you're getting a "Congratulations" screen at the end of a survey, you're not completing them.

I tried to do one the other day and went through about five minutes of screening questions.  It said, "congratulations, you have qualified for this survey."  So I went on to the next page and it said, to go through this series of questions to see if I qualify.  I went those questions and after about three minutes it said, "Sorry, you don't qualify, do you want to try another?"

So even though it says you qualify, it just means you made it to round 2 of elimination.  I usually get mad at myself for attempting them because it happens almost every time.  Wouldn't it be great if they could save your profile because on all these surveys they mainly ask the same questions over and over to see if you qualify.  I know that there are several different companies, but honestly, if you could save your profile with each one, it would save so much wasted time to find out if you qualify.  I just don't have the patience to answer the same stuff over and over just to be told you don't qualify.

Usually, those higher paying surveys are for focus groups. If you did not attend the focus group during the time you were supposed to be there, they will take back the money they gave you originally.

I have on occasions completed surveys and did not receive credit for it. On the other hand I received credit more times than not when I complete a survey. If I complete and receive payment for more than 50 percent of the surveys I take, I could live with that.
