Yep, I watched some of the ceremony on Fox News.

I watched some of it on Fox News too but I had the TV down all the way since my grandbaby was sleeping on my lap so I didn't hear what was said.  lol  But, if it was in Latin I could not have understood it anyway. (I'm sure they would have had someone translating though).

He will be known as "Pope Francis".  I was hoping for one of the other guys. 


But, I am not Catholic, so my opinion doesn't matter.

I was raised as catholic but could never remember any of their names when asked. This pope Francis is one Pope I will NEVER forget only because Francis is my dad s name! I love it and was well chosen! It does not matter if you are catholic or not, your opinion DOES matter and I will listen to anyone s opinion whether good or bad. Everyone is intitled to their own opinion.

I am not Catholic but I did watch the ceremony. It was very humbling. I only have one question. why are all the Popes so old?
