I would love to learn Afrikaans. My grandmother and Aunt always speak it to each other when she visits. I would love to be able to join in.

Yes, I would love to. I am interested in learning to speak French and Italian as well as Gaelic and Chinese. Korean interests me and so does Yoruba, Hausa and Wolof. I also would like to learn to speak Farsi and Hebrew. You never know where you may wind up in this life and wherever you go its better if you speak the language.

It is my goal as an adult to learn another language and be bi-lingual. Not only can it open up so many more opportunities as far as careers go, but it would just make you feel accomplished

I would be totally interested in learning another language, specially that of places I'd love to visit/vacation sometime in the future, and who knows maybe live one day? I'd love to learn as many languages as possible without going overboard, like say 50 something languages, but a few of the very common ones wouldn't hurt. If I could find the time and motivation, I would definitely do it. I've also heard that the more languages you speak, the easier to learn new ones; therefore, it isn't always an uphill battle when it comes to learning new languages and continuing learning them. If you plan to learn a couple of new languages, probably a couple of the most difficult ones and stop there, then it'll be most likely a very hard thing to do.
