Normally surveys take an average of 15 minutes to credit. If you have successfully completed the survey, just leave the windows open. It should eventually credit your account.

If its going to credit it should not take too long.  I've had several times when I would complete one of their surveys, leave the window open for a little bit and still not get credited.  Good luck!!
