Beef tastes so much better, but I know chicken is healthier. I should really avoid both though and go for veggies.

I eat more chicken. The reason that I chose chicken is because there are just so many ways you can prepare it. Also, chicken just taste so much better. I mostly eat beef when I want to fill my iron quota or when I need a change from all the chicken I cook.

I have always eaten chicken the most. I love chicken and there is so many things you can do with it...I also like beef but I do not eat that much red meat.

I used to eat both chicken and beef. However I no longer eat beef, I quess because of the Mad Cow desease. I only consume chicken.

Which do I eat more of or which do I want to eat more of? haha  I prefer beef any day, but I end up eating more chicken than beef for health reasons.  It is what it is.
