Time setting?

I'm kind of figure out that my hbby changed our timer last night. Was it time setting back yesterday? I meant
when is the day to set time? Sometimes i heard people talking about set their timers and that the time i knew
that it time to change the time. But when actually is the month day of the year. Does it written on the calender
or what?

Setting forward first of all, and it occurred at 2am. Yes, it is on physical calendars. A lot of today's devices will change the time automatically, so you don't need to worry too much.
