Did you try going to a doctor?  If you have that much pain there is something wrong, get it checked before it gets worse.

It sounds like pinched nerves, but I agree, go to a doctor.
I was lying in bed the other night, looking up at the stars, and thinking, "Where in the heck is my roof?"

Unless you know what might be the cause (ie you were doing a lot of walking and now your legs just feel sore), I'd go see a doctor. It could be a sign of some larger problem, like diabetes, gout, blood clots, etc. Hopefully it isn't anything serious and you'll be fine soon.

Lordy,Lordy, them docs let me just say this.2001 I had a hysterectomy 1 week later I had my appendix taken out
1 week later I had my gallbladder  removed. 3surgeries in less than a month. 2008 I had a lumbarnectomy done on my
back. March of 2009 I had rotator cuff surgery done on my left shoulder. 2002 September I had ankle replacement done
on my left foot. 2010 I had part of my colon removed. 2011 February I had my second hysterectomy. Also in 2011 I had
hemmroids removed. 2012 January I had a neck fushon and finally a day before Thanksgiving I was having my 2nd
hemmroidectomy. Now they are talking about doing surgery on my nose. Do you see now why I have not been to the
doctor all they want to do is cut, cut, cut, on me anyway

I hope your insurance is paying for all of those things.  I'm on Medicare and I'm having to pay for most things myself as insurance no longer covers most of it.  Luckily I haven't had too much wrong and I've had to forget about taking care of some things as I can't afford them.

have you tried massaging? i recently injured my knee and
having no health insurance lead me to the internet to find
pain remedies. youtube has some excellent videos made by
physical therapists/doctors that teach you how to stretch,
message, and use pressure points to relieve pain.

give it a try. just type in "leg pain relief" or something simple
and see what you come up with. good luck and hope you
feel better soon!

Whatever your experience with doctors, you probably won't know for sure what the cause is unless you go to a doctor.  I can empathize with your pain.  I have fibromyalgia and severe arthritis, and I have constant pain.

I've learned to self prescribe because it didn't make sense for me to lean heavily on doctors.  Medical treatment is okay but I'm not overly dependent on medical professionals.

If you're legs hurt it's important to ask yourself if you're drinking enough water.  Try drinking more water.  Consider getting 3000-5000 mg. of vitamin C every day.  You can take 1000 mg. at a time 3 to 5 times a day.  It may flush toxins out of your legs if you have anesthesia trapped in your tissues.

Also, make sure you're getting at least 1500 mg. of calcium each day.  I usually take my calcium with a multivitamin and vitamin D before going to bed because calcium is a natural tranquilizer and pain reliever.  Hopefully, this will help so you won't become addicted to pain medication.

Good luck.  Be well and be happy!
Have a great day!

We do NOT get sick because of a lack of drugs or an excess of body parts.  Too bad so many doctors still don't realize this truth.   :angry7:  :bs:  :BangHead:

I would definitely recommend a dr. first to see why you are in pain, and then ibuprofen usually helps.

See a doctor ASAP, this may even warrant a trip to the Emergency Room if a doctor is not available.

I STRONGLY urge you to go NOW!
