To those of you that have completed this offer, I stayed on the line for 5 minutes but it didn't credit. So what exactly do I have to do for it to credit?

Update: It credited, I guess I jumped the gun and got used to stuff crediting immediately!

Glad that it did credit. I assume that you are talking about a Paid To Call. Some of them credit very fast, if not instantly, but others take a little time. I had that happen to me and it was a sickening feeling when I believed that i did not get credit but then I felt such relief when it finally did.
