what are you planning to grow well as for me i really do not plant things but for once i am going to try so what i plan on planting is daisy's and sunflower and some gourds for bird houses i cant wait to see how they come out..

I have tried to plant some tomatoes and peppers here before. Some type of fungus got to them and killed them all I may try again, but by putting in a bit more research on pesticides and such.

that's what i am trying to before planting my things before reading online i did not know they can get a fungus that kills them it crazy so i want to make sure i have enough info to make sure my plant grow what r you going to try n plant again..

Depending on what part of the country you are in, will definitely help decide what to grow.  As for me, I live in the desert southwest so planting is definitely something that I am limited to!!  But, when I lived in the east, well there you could plant almost anything!!!

I just planted a bunch of wild-flower seeds also Sunflowers (one of my favorite), last years they got-up over 6ft. high... I grow in several wheelbarrows because goffers get to them in the ground... I don't kill anything (not even bugs if I can help it)... I also plant potatoes & tomatoes in pots... I really enjoy gardening.

How do u take care of ur plant from dying or from anything getting to them I would really like to know so my plant don't die on me

That is nice, we live in here in the middle and it feels like its winter forever, can`t for spring so that I can plant vegetables and flower and grass.

I  planted my garden this weekend.  I have 3 kinds of squash, green beans, tomatoes and cucumbers.

I love having a garden in the summer!  We will plant peas, beans, various kinds of peppers, tomatoes, and herbs.  Last year and the year before, we had a problem with some sort of fungus ruining some of our tomatoes--it wasn't as bad this past year, though.  However, the 100+ degree temperatures ruined many of our other plants.  My basil, however, did very well, so I am demanding that my boyfriend plant more herbs for me this year.  I use them a lot in cooking.  He didn't want to waste the space in his garden last year.  I have started some herbs inside this year in a small planter I bought at Dollar General.  We will see how they do!

We plant lettuce, green peppers and tomatoes. I might try watermelon this year but i dont have room for them to spread out.

This will be my first year trying to garden.  I need to get some fencing to put up to keep the critters out and some good soil to fill in the garden bed I built last summer.  I got several vegetable seeds from my brother and his wife for Christmas - peppers, tomatoes, etc - so I'll try those.  I'll be getting some other seeds and bushes so I can have fruit as well (looking to get raspberry and blackberry bushes and some strawberries and maybe rhubarb).  Pretty ambitious, but we'll see how it goes.  Hopefully will have more rain this year than last year!

I do not like fooling in the dirt, but I need something in the front of my house.  I used to do herbs in pots, which was always nice.  I might do that again.
