why is Loyalty Radio capchu not working ?

I have been having the problem on occasion where I look at the captcha and it says like "Meu4S" and I type that, click submit, and nothing happens no matter how many times I click it or if I refresh the captcha.  I might've been given credit yet the page didn't reload, but it sorta bugs me when it does that.

It also has been giving me issues where it will me "Meu4S" and I type that, and it tells me it's incorrect.  I even change some of the characters incase that s is a lower instead of upper case, and yet it still tells me it's wrong.  Normally, if I refresh the captcha, the next one will tell me it's incorrect as well and the one following that will accept it.  No clue what the issue is, but it's really sorta annoying when it does that.

did you try to refresh new captcha if you are unable to get it right the 1st. one?

Sometimes it gives me an error too especially after getting 4 or 5 codes already. I just refresh it start all over again and it will get fix.

  I've been listening to the music on RadioLoyalty most everyday, even while not doing FC offers and/or surveys... I have yet to have any problems

I still cannot listen to radio loyalty at first I could hear the music but now I can't enter the captcha  and now also I don't hear the music anymore but I have learned from prior comments to check out java and shockwave and make sure I have an updated version of Java and shockwave still need to do this and I hope it will work I would love to listen to music.

The one annoying thing about it is the advertisements that pop up and just so happen to block the captcha so you can't type it in or anything until it moves out of the way so it ends up taking you 20 minutes to get to that 1 cent sometimes.  It started happening with me so often I haven't done radio loyalty in a little while now because I'm not a patient person with my captcha being blocked or if I'm in a grumpy mood that could make me not care about it either.  I've also had the captcha right and it claims it's wrong, I refresh the captcha 3 times typing the exact captcha and get an error each time and finally the fourth time it works and I get credited.  After it gets blocked for 10 mins and then the captcha does that to me it can be very frustrating.  Again, I'm not a patient person most of the time.  If any of you are the same as me I suggest taking a break and walking away before you attempt this  lol
