Of course you have. But for some reason the paid to post has not updated it posts. I have 35 and it says I have 25. Im hoping they let us put in for these when they get them updated.

Posts in certain forums do not count towards the $3 posting bonus. CONTESTS & PROMOTIONS being one of them also short replies tend to not be counted. Hope this helps.

Your post are probably fine. It's possible that some of you're post may not be $3 post. I make mistakes like that too, like I forger that posting in the contest/promo section doesn't count. I suggest instead posting only up to 30 post that you continue to most till the end of the month. Therefore, you'll have a better chance at getting your posts accepted. Keep trying don't give up hope!
